Terms that apply to purchases made on the Lavendeuse marketplace.

Updated on 1 October 2026

1. Purpose

Lavendeuse is a marketplace published by PBS Togo, in Lomé. It connects buyers with business and individual sellers of computer equipment. The sales contract is between the buyer and the seller; Lavendeuse acts as an intermediary and trusted third party for payment.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in CFA francs, including taxes when the seller is liable for them. Delivery fees are shown before the order is confirmed.

3. Orders

An order is final once paid or, for cash on delivery, once confirmed by the seller. The seller has 24 hours to accept an order; otherwise it is cancelled and refunded.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by licensed providers. Funds are held by Lavendeuse until receipt is confirmed (Lavendeuse Protection).

5. Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery, return and warranty terms are described on the Delivery and Returns and warranty pages, which form part of these terms.

6. Disputes

If a dispute arises, the buyer opens a claim from the order. Lavendeuse offers mediation. Failing an amicable agreement, the courts of Lomé have jurisdiction.
