30-day returns

You can return an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described within 30 days of delivery. Open the request from your order and attach photos.

• The seller replies within 48 hours.
• If the return is accepted, you are refunded to the original payment method within 7 days of the seller receiving the item.
• If you disagree, the Lavendeuse team reviews the case and decides.

Lavendeuse Protection

Your payment is held by Lavendeuse and only released to the seller once you confirm receipt, or when the dispute window closes. If the order never arrives, you are refunded.

Warranty

Every listing shows the warranty length. New products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Refurbished products are guaranteed by the seller for at least six months.
